Please rate comment and subcribe for more iv had the tongue bars in for like 6 months now no proplems with them didnt hurt the 1st time so i got it done again after the 1st 1 had healed lip hurt like hell when i got it done and it hurts even more stretching it most pain i have ever felt i dont think im doing it correct iv bought a 11mm lamret plug from usa so thats my goal size im at about 7 mm now idk if i will make it to 11mm cos its givin me so much pain o and my ears r 1 inch now :)
