How to: ***WARNING*** I just guessed how much my ears stretched hence why I added some more to my ears as you can see when I take it back out again. Also you may not need to use as much tape as I did. This was a stretch i'd been needing to do for weeks hence why so much. So, get your plug, clean your ears, do some rubs and massages before get your ear nice and warm and loose. Get the tape, and start winding, maybe doing one wrap at a time, putting in and seeing. Best jewellery to use is thick jewellery. I used my old 59mm pyrex plugs, which have approx 15mm tape on them. Its ridiculous, but it works. So there ya go.
